Welcome!

Welcome to the blog that seeks to give glory to the Lord Jesus by proclaiming the wonderful reality that Jesus Christ is the only Lord and Savior of all men and women.  This blog is about Jesus Christ, the Bible, and the salvation from sin that is offered to all by faith alone in Jesus Christ.

You may have visited here as a result of the gospel tract you received; thank you for taking the time to visit this blog.  May the information here from the Bible encourage you to consider your life's circumstances and what God has spoken to all of humanity about His eternal purpose for your life (2 Peter 3:9).

The goal is to help you answers life's questions. The Bible, being the history book of the universe (Genesis 1:1-31 ff.), is God's revelation of Himself to you.   The Bible is given to us by the Lord so you and I can know who He is, who we are, why we are here, and what the future holds for all of us when we pass away from this life. I challenge you to to examine the Bible, dig through it, study it, memorize it, and let the Word of God speak for itself.

As stated in the Book of Hebrews, chapter one, verses one through three, God has always sought to communicate with man (Heb. 1:1) He has spoken in the past through the Old Testament prophets about the coming Christ (Heb. 1:2).  God has spoken from Matthew to Revelation about Christ's earthly ministry, Christ's reconciliation of humanity back to Himself through the cross, Christ's resurrection, and how His followers are to live in this world until Christ returns to judge humanity and to rule (Heb. 1:3-4).

In the Bible, and only through the Bible, God has spoken to humanity.  God today has already spoken to you.  Are you listening?  The Lord God cares so much about you that He has given you the Divine account.  He expects a response, therefore come to know this wonderful Lord and Savior by knowing what He has spoken through His Word.

Hear the Word of the Lord through the Apostle Peter:
2 Peter 1:16-21
16  For we did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
17  For when he received honor and glory from God the Father, and the voice was borne to him by the Majestic Glory, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased,"
18  we ourselves heard this very voice borne from heaven, for we were with him on the holy mountain.
19  And we have something more sure, the prophetic word, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts,
20  knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation.
21  For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

In Christ,
