Pray For God To Save America From It's Sins!
Take time to pray for America. America's sins are great. America needs God's grace and mercy. America needs its people to turn from their sin and trust in the Living God who gives eternal life through His Son Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. Pray for the Lord to open the eyes of our people so our people can see their need to repent of their sin.
Pray That God Causes Americans To Turn To Christ For Salvation:
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:9-10
Pray That God Burdens Christians To Pray For America:
Psalm 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.
Psalm 145:19 He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
Now is the time to pray for the Lord to heal our land. Now is the time to entreat the Lord to open Americans' eyes so they can turn from their sin. Now is the time to ask for Him to have mercy on our people.
Remember God Had Mercy On Nineveh When They Repented of Their Sins:
Did not God have mercy on the wicked city of Nineveh in the days of Jonah? God desires to have mercy on our country--we just need to seek His face with a humble heart.
And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time, saying, Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey. And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them. For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water: But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands. Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not? And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
Jonah 3:1-10
And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more than sixscore thousand persons that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also much cattle?
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
God is Almighty. God is able to save. Have you asked God to save America?
